Welcome to Dessie F. Evans Elementary, home of the Owls!
Our K-6 Elementary School opened in the Fall of 2019 and houses around 900 students. Our school houses a Dual Language program, QUEST highly capable grades 3-6, Developmental Pre-School and a primary and intermediate WRAP program.
I am honored and privileged to be the principal of Dessie F. Evans Elementary School and work with our incredible students, staff, and families.
At Dessie F. Evans, we believe that relationships are key to building a strong sense of community. We know that family and community support are integral for students to reach their full potential. We invite you to get involved by joining our P.T.A., volunteering at school activities, and taking an active role in your child’s education.
Our teachers and staff are committed to providing an educational experience that fosters learning and growth.
